This agreement is made by and between Parents/Guardians/Individuals (hereinafter referred to as “Parent(s)/Individual”) and bhuandme.com website (hereinafter referred to as “Bhuandme” or “bhuandme”).

Both parents/guardians/Individuals please acknowledge the Policy.

Parent(s)/Individual acknowledges that in executing this Comprehensive Agreement, the parent is not relying upon any representation or statement made by Bhuandme or its representatives or employees. This entire agreement between the parties supersedes all prior and contemporaneous oral or written statements.

• No amendments or modifications to this Agreement shall be of any force or effect unless contained in subsequent writing and signed by each party. No waiver of any provisions hereof shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by the party making the waiver.

• Bhuandme reserves the right to change this policy at anytime.

• This agreement is valid for the year 2024 July and beyond. 

• If any legal action is brought to enforce or interpret the provisions of this agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees, which may be set by the court in the same action or in a separate action brought for that purpose, in addition to any other relief to which that prevailing party may be entitled.

• This agreement must be completed by parent(s)/individual. For children who are minors it is the sole responsibility of parent to overlook their usage of Repurpose  

• Parent(s) and individuals agree to the following: 1) parent(s) and individual(s) will abide by all points mentioned in this document

• Parent(s)/Individual acknowledge they have thoroughly read this document and agree to abide by it

• Parent(s)/Individual acknowledge and agree that certain risks, known and unknown, are inherent using Repurpose on as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of response form Repurpose.

• Parent(s)/Individual, on behalf of themselves, their children, heirs, representatives and estates, hereby release, discharge and hold harmless Bhuandme, its founders, instructors, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, representatives and successors and/ or assigns (“Releasees”) from any and all claims and/or liability of any sort arising from acts or omissions in the performance of services under this Agreement and/or injury to Student(s)/individual(s) or Parent(s)/Individual arising from usage of Repurpose and/or related activities (unless such acts, omissions or injury resulting directly from the willful misconduct of Releasees. ). Parent(s)/Individual, on behalf of themselves, their children, heirs, representatives, and estates, hereby further release, discharge, and agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Releasees from claims, demands, charges, or causes of action of any sort arising from or connected to usage of Repurpose and any other activity that is supported or advertised under Bhuandme, including any claim of negligence on behalf of Releasees.

• If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or unenforced or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

• Bhuandme does not discriminate based on disability, race, color, national origin, ethnic origin, sex, or religion, or in the conduct of any of its programs.

• By agreeing to the policy, each signatory declares they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.

• Bhuandme holds the right to update this agreement at any without prior notice to the users of Repurpose or Bhuandme website
